  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Experience preparing and delivering informational presentations to large groups. 
  • Minimum of (1) year of experience as a customer service provider in a professional environment. 
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • May not be in default on a federal student loan or owe repayment of a federal grant.
  • Consent to audio and video record student exit counseling sessions required.
  • In addition to the above, experience with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic internet knowledge.
