  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited College or University required.
  • Current Driver’s License.
  • May not be in default on a federal student loan or owe repayment of a federal grant.
  • Consent to audio and video record student exit counseling sessions required.
  • One of the following is required:
    • At least one year of experience processing federal student loans in a college or university setting OR
    • At least one year of experience as a debt counselor or collector OR
    • At least one year of experience working for a student loan servicer OR
    • At least one year of experience working as a teacher
  • In addition to the above, experience with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic internet knowledge.
