American Career College (ACC) has been helping people succeed since 1978 and we are currently seeking a temporary Financial Aid Planner Floater to support our campuses in Los Angeles, Anaheim and Ontario, CA campuses. This is an outstanding opportunity for a service-oriented individual to help our students begin their journey toward their new careers.


SUMMARY:  

The Financial Aid Planner provides high level customer service at all times to prospective students and students regarding the financial aid process. 

  • Assists with gathering information on potential students to ensure a trouble-free student financial aid and processing system; presents initial financial aid package, and performs routine clerical, office and data entry tasks. 
  • Adheres to Associate Expectation Agreement, established department policies and procedures, and excellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization.

  • Associate degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Financial Aid experience preferred.
  • Previous general front office/desk clerk with reception and telephone techniques experience preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office.
