High school graduate or equivalent required.


Excellent Customer Service experience


A minimum of one to two years’ experience as a communication center operator, call center, customer service representative, receptionist or related position.


Experience with handling a high volume of telephone calls with courtesy, speed, and accuracy


A minimum of one to two years’ clerical experience in an academic, business office or related type of office environment required.


Experience with computer software systems and Microsoft Office.


Knowledge of basic grammar, comprehension, and communication principles normally acquired through a high school education.
