We are currently seeking a Call Center Systems Representative for our Administration Office in Irvine, California. This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional individual to join a growing organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service in accordance with the mission and purpose of the company.  
  • Performs data entry for all inquiry Admissions calls for both American Career College and West Coast University.  
  • Places outbound re-contact calls on a daily basis using a telephone automatic dialing system.  
  • Provides Excellent Customer Service to prospective students, fellow co-workers, and executives.
  • Provides some information to the public and staff following established policies and procedures.  
  • Responds, screens and relays incoming and outgoing calls for both American Career College and West Coast University and routes them to appropriate departments or individuals.  Delivers or forwards messages accordingly.
  • Provides information to individuals on the phone and in response to inquiries; performs data entry of personal information (name, address, source, email, phone number, etc), transfer calls to the Admissions team member and assigns the information to the advisor.  Maintains related records/information on calls and distribution. 
  • Performs a variety of clerical functions including incidental typing duties.
  • Responsible for making outbound re-contacting calls on a daily basis and meeting the expectations.
  • Prepares program catalogs or other types of mailing materials; copies, and assembles folders, binders, manuals, and packets for direct mail as needed.
EDUCATION:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:
 
  • A minimum of three years experience as a communication center operator, receptionist or related position to acquire competency in the operation of a communication terminal and related equipment required.
  • A minimum of three years clerical experience in an academic, business office or related type of office environment required.
  • Experience with computer software systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of basic grammar, comprehension, and communication principles normally acquired through a high school education.
